Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands. We’re proud to employ some of the industry’s finest bike mechanics, and we’re committed to providing our staff with continuous training and education. When you visit us for service, we’ll get to know both you and your bike, and we’ll help you make the best decisions for your cycling needs.

Service Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We strive to service your bike and return it to you as quickly as possible. On a tight budget, the cleaner your bike is when brought in the less cleaning we will have to do before beginning our service work. If you only need wheel or tire work, just bringing the wheel in for direct service will save you money. When wheels are on bikes, we always additionally check attachment security, gears and brakes for basic safety.

Level 1 Simple Tune and Clean


Safety check all bolts


Minor gear and brake adjustments


Tighten 2 bearing systems (i.e. both hubs, or headset and b.b.)


Light cleaning of frame and rims


Tire inflation


Professional test ride (with re-adjustments if needed). 


This is the choice for bikes in good condition that want to confirm proper functioning and safety at least once yearly. (+ $50 if hydraulic brakes need bled - every year is wise). Does not include part install or wheel truing. This service cannot be done on very dirty or greasy bikes that need major tuning. This is a great choice as a pre-event quick check.

Lateral and radial (if needed) wheel truing

Level 3 Precision Tune & Deep Clean 

(In addition to level 2)


Full drivetrain clean of chain, cassette, derailleur(s), and chainrings (May need cables or quick links depending on age and manufacturer recommendations)

Cleaning and precision lubrication of free hub body
 
Suggested tire pressure calculation (using Wolf Tooth calculator)

Install labor for new derailleur cables, housing, and bar tape/grips

Cleans and reinstalls the seatpost to prevent getting stuck

Parts are additional

This is the high mileage or off road rejuvenation package. (+ $50 if hydraulic brakes need bled - every year is wise)

Level 4 Major Tune and Overhaul 

(In addition to level 3)


Overhaul or replace: headset, bottom bracket, front & rear hub bearings

Service brake calipers

Remove tires for full internal inspection

Spoke tension balancing

All part installation labor is covered

This package is the best preventative maintenance

Same day service offerings- first basic safety. If mechanic will need to stay over or come early next day. $80 will go directly to the mechanic doing the work.


Rush service options- Give us clear circumstances of work needed. We will do our best to exceed your request for a fair extra price.


Some à la carte pricing:

  • Subtract $25 for single speed or children’s bikes
  • $25 additional for department store bike or poor original assembly. We have to redo most of the original assembly and significant extra tuning.
  • Basic Full Bike Wash $40
